JD Power 2022 Mobile Phone Service Satisfaction Survey
A survey conducted by JD Power Japan Co., Ltd., targeting smartphone users aged 18 to 47, asking them about their use of mobile phone services, their experiences, and their level of satisfaction.
3,000 people were surveyed in the MVNO category, and IIJmio received the highest evaluation in the “communication quality” item, ranking first in overall satisfaction for the second year in a row.
JCSI (Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index) Survey
This is a satisfaction survey conducted by the Service Industry Productivity Council of the Japan Productivity Center, asking the satisfaction levels of eight industries, including mobile phones, mail-order sales, and electronic money.
IIJmio ranked first in overall satisfaction for the second year in a row in the MVNO category.
