Listen and compare the old and new AirPods Pro with and without a mask
I have been told several times that I can’t hear well when I’m talking with the original AirPods Pro with a mask on, and I was worried about the effect of the mask, so it depends on the presence or absence of the mask. I also compared the effects.
Verification was done by connecting each AirPods Pro to a 14-inch MacBook Pro (2021 model, M1 Pro) in a room with a weak air conditioner and listening to and comparing the audio recorded with the Zoom recording function. .
In addition, since my original AirPods Pro fell under the “sound problem program”, both the left and right will be replaced with new ones in the fall of 2021.
A big difference in how the voice is heard when compared
First, with the AirPods Pro (1st generation), the voice sounds a little muffled when wearing a mask. If the surroundings are noisy, such as outdoors, the voice through the mask seems to lose.
