Definitely giving bad advice to FTP players here. Rare Crests are a significantly better buy for developing Gem Power than Carsen's. An RC gives: 4 Ati runes (1/5 of a GP), 1 ember (1/320th of an Eternal Legendary Crest), and a 5% chance of a 1* gem. Total that up and a RC is worth slightly over 1/4 of a GP. So four of them are worth 1 GP. But four of them only cost 1200H, vs Carsen's at 1600. Carsen's is the inferior buy.
Also 1600 for a single lege is utterly wack. You will get 10-12 of them a day from gambles, open drops, events, and your first orange boss of the day. It's not worth 1600 precious hilts to just get yet another disappointing lege!

Monstrous essence isn't guaranteed leg just high chance. I've been skunked a few times with it.

Thx for the video. Why buying legendary for 1600 hilt. U can buy for gems and reforge stones for that hilt. If U have bought it all and u have left hilt then it is ok to buy legendery but not before.There is low chance u get something good?and why dont buy rare crest? As free to play u need them to craft 2 star gems for gem power even if u have only 5 star gems on. Keep creating 🙂
Mr.Echo, I know that you hate BG PVP, but I strong advice to do at least 3 BG per day, you might get some legendaries from it, also even if you lose, you kind progress through the ranks and get more aspirant keys….
sanctum needs a buff. atleast give us a little bit more keys.

Echo, all very insightful points.
Couple of things that work for me.
✓ Dungeons – I do them once every 3 days and then spam them. Either spam 9 of the same boosted dungeon of the day or 3×3 either way. You get a lot of set items/fabled wisp food and even unbound gems.
✓ Portal points – Just visit all the portal points of each region and the hidden lair prompt will come and direct you. Rightly said by you, you can easily make 1800 to 2500 or even more platinum daily just by selling unbound normal gems💎 collected from lairs.
✓ Hilts trader – Monthly orange 🍊 crest, telluric pearl, rare crests, normal gems and charms are good investments not the aspirant keys as being a shadow, you will get it from assembly and as an immortal in corvus expedition, apart from the 4 from the daily sanctum visit.
✓ Vault raids – As shadow, you can make a lot of gold and hilts through raids. Almost 100k 🪙 and about 280 hilts in a single vault raid.

@Echo Gaming Diablo – a great routine for your daily grind…I suggest trying a full 6 set of Shepherd for MASSIVE summon build damage. Also I stopped buying up legendaries with the cap of on essence extraction. Saving gold 3.4 mil today now for equipmemt upgrades from 22 to 23. These get very expensive and need gold for sure. Molten golem does the most damage because of burn. Happy hunting Necro-Bro! 😁💪💪👍
Pro tip from a F2P power grinder .
Pick up rare crest from elder rift
Pick up challenge rift rewards
Pick up bounties
Turn in 10 monster essence ( you should already have them from grinding the day before ) ( Huge time saver .)
Run sanctum ( open three middle chest )
Pick up shadow contract .
Pick up side quest .
Q for 3 boosted dungeons immediately
Run first set of bounties and turn them in after dungeons .
Pick up next set of bounties ..
Run next set of bounties and then go directly to your side quest
Once side quest are complete do your shadow contract .
Make sure you are also checking for weekly battle pass quest and events and complete them as needed . Manage your activities so you are working the same areas .
Then once that is over do your 3 battle grounds ..
Be on the lookout for hidden lairs and do them when you are doing activities in each area ..
All in all you are looking at about an hour and a half a day for this routine . Save the 10 monster essence to cash in the following day .. again huge time saver ..
And do not forget to pick up your daily rewards. Daily chest,First kill of the day , Free rare crest from elder rift , rewards from challenge rift ,rewards from battle grounds , the 3 battle pass chest ,and the free set piece from dungeons ..
Pro tip from a power grinder ..
DH Paragon 576 11,600 CR , 1650 Resonance … Valrog on old Growth.. Oh don't forget any opportunity to grind free legendary crest .. you get one for 1600 platinum a week another for 1600 platinum for warband raid . The free legendary crest from events ,the free legendary crest from battle pass and you get one per week for 320 fading embers from elder rifts .. If it's is free take it .. I said I would only spend $150 on this game minus the $5 battle pass and I exceeded my limit by $16 . Everything else is free or from the battle pass ..If it is free take advantage of it . Most of all have fun .. I see so many people complaining .. If you want to spend money feel free .. If not remember this is just a game and being the baddest character on your server isn't going to have any effect on your life outside the game .. Have fun guys .. That is what it is all about … losing Battke grounds doesn't have to be a bad thing as long as you do it with style .. let's go ..
Time saver revision
Do not turn in your second et of bounties ,wait until the next day to do so . By staying a little behind you actually stay ahead . Say you have a day you can't play . Turn in the 10 monster essence you grinded the day before turn in the 2nd set of bounties from the day before . Run the sanctum and Then q for 3 of the quickest dungeons ( probably Namari )
Collect your reward and boom you are done and you can play catch up on the next day or when you have the time .
Don’t buy lego gear or the Carson’s invigoration with hilts. Also run the full first room of chests daily it’s the best value. When getting close to next hell save gold so you can get a big CR boost when you buy new hell gear.
Is 377 keys to open everything and you only get 4 keys inside the sanctum… not 5
If you are F2P, for the hilt trader don't buy the legendary item because it's a huge waste of hilts. Get the montly lego crests and weekly telluric pearls. Then buy all the rare crests and charms, including checking twice a day in the limited tab. Everything else is a waste of hilts, including the Carseen's since they reworked runes. Use the charms to make still stones you sell on market, you'll get enough weekly charmes from dailies and shop to sell 2 skill stones.
I have a similar routine, but after getting my bounties and contract before completing them I join a party and run 10 lairs while doing bounties and other tasks as I hop around for lairs.
Keep up the grind…seems some players on my server gonna hit 600 this week including myself
