What of 4-Piece Shimenawa? since her best dps set is pale flame shouldn't shimenawa be roughly equal considering they both give 50% DMG Bonus and 18% atk?

You didn't even mention Qiqi's best team comp. C6 Bennet, XQ, Kazuha.
You can give Qiqi a pyro damage cup and spam vape her charge attacks.
Mist splitter is better than Aquila if you run her with Chungyn.
I use her for the sole purpose of healing

qi qi needs a buff, way too weak compared to other healers. she cant cleanse as a 5 star and she doesnt create energy particles. these are the 2 largest weakness in Qi Qi's kit.

Ah, useful for when I eventually build my QiQi for co-op events. But I keep putting it off.
3-4 weeks worth of resin just to build up a character that I'll only use for co-op. Especially when I already have Diona built. If only she could generate energy.
