POKEMON GO REFUNDS | How To: iOS & Android!

Hello Ladies and Gents! Welcome to my how-to guide for getting a refund on your PokemonGO in-app purchases for iOS (Apple) and Android! I hope this helps!

Apple Support Link:
https://getsupport.apple.com/
Click “Apps and Software”
Click “iOS Apps”
Click “App Store, iTunes Store & Music”
Click “iTunes Store Account Billing”
Click “Start a chat”
Wait 15min++
Be Polite, explaining that the app isn’t working how it was advertised. Ask for refund of in-app purchases.
Provide info relating to purchases
Wait 5min
Thank the representative for the trouble, regardless of outcome.

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en
1. Go to “Defective or accidental purchase refunds”
2. Click on Apps, games, & in-app purchases
3. Click on Submit a refund request online
4. Click on request a call.
I’m been told a order # is needed now, go to payments.google.com to get it.
