The loyalty bonus should have a pity counter where it is guaranteed to receive the item after like 200 extractions or something
Never seen a pet in the shop once it was only after someone in clan chat said that the pets had been restocked that i realised that pets actually appear there. Familiars would have to be the most garbage addition to any game in my long history of gaming. We expected so much and got a confusing mess. If you have a yellow rare aberant and convert it with a blue magic rare with an inactive trait and an active skill that is over 120 but under 170 and it isnt legendary but it does have the same class you have a 3% chance of something happening that no one has the foggiest idea is good or bad but only if you spin around three times and do it on a tuesday. Worst game mechanic EVER.
The devs are FAR TO GREEDY. Drop rates suck on everything from rifts to dungeons and set crafting. I'm done. Id rather set $100 on fire than pay them another dime.
I ended up getting All my legendary items with in a week this time around with out the loyalty bonus xD

My secondary gear I have been getting shit like I am still on inf3 identified 12 sec gear nothing all shit all I get is 1499 or less I am running inf4 making me feel I am wasting my time with this game. About to stop playing

The pet shop is so stupid. Says it released batches ever 20 mins. But the time is all over the place. Isn't consistent at all.

just today got the loyalty and there was a notification loyalty bonus available or something like that appeard like the ones you get about new item on hilt trader so maybe they added it – for familiar shop i dont even bother never found one

At the rate we get legendary items, it would be nice if you got the loyalty bonus at even 400 essences, but it's not even set that low! I have TWO essences since the new ones came out and I play about 8hrs a day. I'm getting horrible luck with the new stuff. At least I'm getting upgrades still.
Also, Nisza ACTUALLY gets pets sometimes? Are you serious? I thought they didn't implement the availability yet or that it was just bugged. Crazy that it would be like the Grand Market (one item available to everyone for one purchase) and not like the Hilts Trader (limited time section is random but everyone can purchase within the time limit.)
I've never gotten the bonus either, so far, for the 3-4 essences I wanted to get through the bonus, I found them just by playing.
