4. octane lvl 3 perks are so one sided. literally only console players will pick the movement one, and the other is just better

12. The reason to take the grenade perk is that it’s a grenade damage reduction in general, not just to self.

17. Me thinks Octane should be able to stim himself 3 times or at least 2 to increase the speed but take a large amount of damage from it for the first blue perk to be worth it
