iOS 14 JAILBREAK NEWS: New Kernel Vuln PoC RELEASED! Usable for Unc0ver / Odyssey? (14.0 – 14.1)

In today’s video, we’re discussing the latest iOS Kernel Vulnerability RELEASE from Google Project Zero / Ian Beer. It’s an iOS 14.0, iOS 14.0.1 up to iOS 14.1 #Kernel bug that seems to be usable for jailbreak purposes on pre-A12 devices. The vulnerability PoC was also released by Ian along with the short write-up. Curious to see if Unc0ver Team or Odyssey Team will do anything with it.

Although the vulnerability seems to not work with the A12, A13 or A14 devices, if #Odyssey Team or #Unc0ver Team decide to use it, it may render a good jailbreak for the iPhone X and lower that won’t require a computer every time you reboot, like CheckRa1n currently does. The best thing is, there are definitely more vulnerabilities where this one is coming from and now that their deadlines expire, we can finally have them released. Who knows what gem we’ll get next.
