Tim Cook is the current CEO of Apple Inc., a role he assumed in 2011 following the death of Steve Jobs, the company’s creator, from pancreatic cancer. Cook has previously worked for the company for almost 20 years before becoming the CEO of Apple. Cook was the business’s second-in-command at the time, and before to that, he served on the board of directors of the Nike shoe and athletic clothing corporation, a position he has held since 2005. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the corporation achieving the world’s greatest market capitalization. Tim Cook is estimated to own about 3.3 million shares of Apple, or less than one percent of the company’s stock, but it is known that he has sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of stock in recent months.
He is currently ranked 2263 on the list of billionaires in the world in 2021, number eight on the list of innovative leaders in 2019, and number 24 on the list of the world’s most powerful people in 2018. It’s evident how significant names in the business may impact market direction, as evidenced by how all of these crypto coins are vying for the top spot or racing for it. Take Bitcoin, for example, which is paving the way for all other coins; the popular crypto asset was initially met with a lot of scepticism, but it eventually gained traction among the general public, and before we knew it, the coin’s value had risen as big financial institutions, countries, and bulls expressed interest in it.
