There’s no doubt that Apple’s newest lineup of Apple Silicon Macs have been extremely compelling for so many reasons. Amazing battery life, outrageous performance, great thermals, all with the renowned Apple build quality, make it hard to ignore these products. Given that MacOS is now running on an ARM architecture on Apple’s in-house chip designs, is this product ready for software developers? Compatibility is incredibly important, because for most it would be a mere inconvenience to be without certain apps; for software developers, it would mean they are simply unable to do their job.
