@iCaveAnswers Why do you expect Apple to launch M2 (Macbook) alongside new M1 based products (iMac, Mac mini) in the Spring Event? M1 might look outdated straight away – hard to sell the old architecture if there is a new one. When would be the next event to present M2 and the new Macbook after that?

#icaveanswers I know everybody keeps saying no but hear me out. Do you think Apple would do an 18 inch MBP with 2 M1 max chips in it but only activate the second chip when plugged into external power to save the battery when mobile? It could be deactivated via firmware and I’d be first in line for one. I know people keep saying that noone would carry a 17-18 inch computer around but I did all the time using my SLR backpack and I hardly noticed it was there. I would carry it around anytime I traveled. Just a thought. 🤷🏾♂️
