  3. I have 2200.00 US and wondering if M1 Studio 64 gigs of Ram 1 Tb SSD or M2 Studio 32 gigs of ram 1 Tb SSD? FCPX for semi "pro" editing ? Any suggestions? Thanks

  6. It's like Apple have forgotten than they used to sell other sizes of iMac.
    They sold a 21.5" iMac and updated it to a 24" M processor iMac.
    But they also sold a 24" iMac that was updated to a 27". I thought they'd do a 32" M processor version.

    So now, if I wanted to update my setup, I have no new iMac that compares. If I bought a fast Mac Mini, it would destroy my 2017 iMac for speed and Apple would get about a third of what I would have spent on a replacement iMac. Seems like an odd business practice.

    I like the Mac Studio but the size doesn't make sense. Too small to fit on the floor, too big to put under a monitor, so it wastes desk space. I really wish they did a 1U rack version of the Studio.

  7. I own an Apple studio display. It is a disgrace for the amount of money Apple charges it did not include a 4K webcam as good as the opal c1.

  8. why is it that noone considers just being tech enthusiast, lots of media consumption, occasional power demanding tasks, and overall something looking amazing as a piece of art on the desk AND WITH LOTS OF USBC PORTS?

  12. I would not dream of buying an M2. This is because for the same price as any M2 I could buy a faster M1 with more cores, more RAM or more SSD. Individual M2 CPU cores are only 10% faster and so adding a few more CPU cores makes many M1 Macs faster.

  17. The only reason you want to post your video after embargo ends is to be the first on the block for more views. Time is money. Survival of the fittest. This goes the same for movie reviews. Influencers can say it's all about the fans but at the end of the day it's all about the Benjamins to feed your family that you had one too many kids or to buy the latest and greatest to satisfy your Dopamine.
