  1. None of these worked for me. Turns out I still had a filter for antivirus software I was no longer subscribed to. Deleted the filter and it worked again. Cheers

  2. Thank you so much! Literally had to go through multiple articles none of them worked and then realised it was the firewall that was stopping the internet connection!

  3. I use iPhone 13 and MacBook Air 2015 and none of these worked for me either. But instead I found another way that solved my problem! Go to your Cellular Data Network and in the personal hotspot section set a new Username and Password (I put "iphone 13" as username and "1234" as my password)… BOOM! Problem Solved… But remember! every time you want to connect your iphone hotspot to your mac, you need to change this password again. (not the general hotspot password… just the password that I mentioned). I hope this solves your problem too.

  4. i think i must have done something wrong because my while wifi is not working. I was trying to connect to hotspot of my phone and my computer kept telling me it cannot because it is set to a specific IP address so I followed your instructions but when I renewed TCP suddenly all the numbers disappeared and I cannot click on any of the Wi-Fi options anymore do you know what did I do wrong can you help me fix it
