The plaintiff says he saw the defendant crash into his car and drive away. He’s suing because the defendant told the insurance company she doesn’t even drive the car that hit the plaintiff’s vehicle. The defendant admits she was in the area when the car accident occurred but says that wasn’t her vehicle.
