  5. Can't believe my 2017 Macbook Pro won't get the new OS this October. Its been so good to me and will worth the money after so long. It's by fare held up much better then any PC labtop I've ever had. Time to look for a new Macbook and saving money for it. Oh boy! Hopefully I don't pick the wrong one or should I wait for the real of the next generation announcement? But that back to school deal is pretty good.

  8. no no no! dont do the termale pad thing! it does work but it will transfer heat to the battery through the chassis. you'll have less thermal throttling and better performance but you'll end up screwing up your battery

  14. Same for mics array. I compared M2 Air recording to the one from iMac 5K and to the one from professional Rode microphone, and the M2 actually won. Which amazed me a lot.

  15. I personally think the M2 sounds much better having more natural sound scene, while the M1 just screaming towards you. While M2 may seem sound quieter, the actual sound quality is better.

  37. Thank you so much for this video. the m1 macbook air is a much better purchase, and imma do just that. It's mind blowing how apple can screw up a product that was touted as one of the best in the m1 era after being not really interesting due to the intel chips heating despite having an amazing design.

  39. Half or more of this shit is just clickbait galore. Apart from the heat sink problem, which isn’t really a problem at all in real life, nothing is actually relevant enough to be called a “problem”. I bought my wife a MacBook Air with the M2, 512 GB model, and that thing just runs laps around my M1 Pro.
