1. Quite a different one! And yes – the footage was all shakey (didn't realise this when we previewed it on the camera) and there are tons of improvements that we would like do to, but do let us know what you think of this style of video!

9. Apple needs to show true battery percentage. Iphones have always had a false battery reading showing 100 for a while then decreasing faster than normal

14. Well, iPhones typically show 100% longer thanost phones but it drops down significantly faster too. I've seen some other phones do this as well, it's obviously a software cheat that these manufacturers are implementing to give that false sense of peace of mind about battery life

15. the iphone seems to make the skin more beautiful like a filter the s23 ultra makes pictures of the moon more beautiful so both "lie" a little

16. I am just thinking that you are wearing Apple Watch, while I do not see a Samsung Watch. Would that affect the battery? Considering handoff, that might also consume some extra battery.

19. This is good way to test the real world battery performance, I really like how S23 Ultra was very close to 14pro max plus the point that it does not off load unused apps !!

22. All I can say is give these phones 5 years and we will be laughing at the battery. 2 day batteries need to happen ASAP

26. In my experience having both the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Samsung S23 Ultra, I cannot use the iPhone all day without having to charge it at the end of the day so I can use it the next day. The S23 Ultra definitely has the better battery life. All day use on the Ultra will get me down to around 40% battery life. All day use on the iPhone will get me down to 2% battery life.

But keep in mind, that you can easily optimize S23u to make its battery life even better like, Change performance profile to light, change resolution, change refresh rate to standard, extra dim display option. Bearn in mind that all of these don't exist in IPhone, these options simply make my S23u lasts for 2 days since I travel alot. Not to mention the straightforward power saving mode make it lasts for 3 days long.
