Apple Saket: First in line to meet Tim Cook with a 3-year backstory

61-year-old R Rajhans and his son Siddharth were the first two customers to enter Apple Saket. The father-son duo had travelled from Indore and were the first to be greeted by Apple CEO Tim Cook. Rajhans has a backstory with Apple as in 2020, the Apple Watch ‘saved’ his life by alerting a heart condition. Siddharth had written to Apple CEO Tim Cook and senior Apple officials informing them about his father. Cook had replied to the email and when they now met actually inquired about his health and how he was doing.
