idk why but i think absolute health is better lock than lowest %. 20% on a tank vs 20% on adcs is different. and i always locking up the most lowest too. as if theres crowded, and most of them are low and ure about to clutch 1v3, its always easier especially when u use plus hunter titan + triumph. its suits me better since im jg and adc main which u need to kill whoever (mainly) carries and supps over tank.
