I have one of these on order but I haven't received it yet. It's good to know that the 12 / 24 hour format is not hardcoded into the watch face. I have an old Amazfit BIP watch and the time format is coded into the watchfaces which is rather limiting. I have downloaded several watchfaces having the 24 hour format unknowingly.

Did restarting the watch switch to 12-hour format or is there a bug….
What you should do is create a video about battery life. See how long they last with bluetooth on and AOD display. Lots of users are reporting 2.5 hours which is pretty bad.
