  1. Why does Music app suck even more than in Ventura? I wasn't expecting this upgrade to take place without my knowledge; I had to install iTunes with retroactive to use the ipod classic.

  2. I have an admittedly absurd array of monitors and I run a Plugable USBC4K to extend my desktop and Display Maid and organize app windows with consistency. I’m now very curious if Sonoma will cooperate with these AND if those apps will jive with widgets. Hovering over update button……still hovering……..

  3. 1. Wallpapers: MacOS Sonoma introduces dynamic wallpapers with animated flyovers that can be seen on the lock screen. It also features a new design with a clock at the top and a beautiful image behind it.

    2. Interactive Widgets: MacOS Sonoma allows users to place interactive widgets on the desktop. These widgets can be customized and positioned anywhere on the screen, providing easy access to information from various apps.

    3. Continuity Camera: The built-in camera in MacOS Sonoma acts like a studio display, offering camera controls and presenter tools. Users can share applications like Preview during video conferences and use the camera to show images or even overlay themselves on the screen.

    4. Safari Profiles: MacOS Sonoma introduces Safari profiles, which allow users to organize websites into different profiles. This feature is useful for separating personal and work-related tabs and accounts, making it easier to switch between them.

    5. Improved Spotlight Results: Spotlight search in MacOS Sonoma provides better visual results. Users can toggle settings like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi without opening the system settings and can also search and take actions on contacts directly from Spotlight.

    6. Auto-Fill Authentication Codes: MacOS Sonoma does a great job of auto-filling one-time authentication codes received via text messages on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

    7. Shared Passwords: In MacOS Sonoma, users can share passwords with trusted contacts through iCloud Keychain. They can also create web apps for websites, which act like native Mac applications, providing easy access to web-based services.

Overall, these seven features, along with additional hidden features in MacOS Sonoma, make it a compelling upgrade for Mac users.

  4. ☠BLACK BARON☠1:14 This right edge is no much cluttered with all this stuff … 2:56 iAm waiting for OSX Caymantaxisland where they replace the "Launchpad" with the old Steve concept "Widgets" … one hit with the button on my function keyboard and there you go … all the widgets on an extra screen as an overlay. USA … you just don't get it with your constant forwards and backwards "iNnovations" (=UI Facelifts). That's my opinion. Even the old "Spaces" with the large splitted screen for different workspaces was better than everything else in UI Design that came after. CPU changes and graphics rendering engines on and on and on is no longer the big burner. That's my opinion.

  5. I mean wallpapers and widgets? Is this a flippin joke? Show me the performance and compatibility differences, otherwise it’s another annoying joke of an operating system

  6. I upgrading yesterday and I'm already regretting it. Autosave no longer functions and I can't edit jpg files anymore. I've spent hours trying to fix it. Looks like I'm going to have to roll back to the previous OS.

  7. Are you serious?
These are childish news and improvements and cluttering the desktop!
I wish Apple could resolve the huge mass of bugs in Ventura, but Sonoma is not better after all!
Gimmicks and useless tools are not in the preferences of most users.
And, and emojis where you can change the skin color are the work of would be anti- rasse designers!
    Pah!
