  1. If you also get the error at the last step similar to this video,
    Then you can avoid that by following either of the 2 options:

    1. Before clicking on Finish button in the setup wizard (at 05:26), just untick the Stack Builder option if that is not required for you at the moment. (Where it is saying: Launch Stack Builder at exit.) Otherwise, it will launch the Stack builder at the last, which you can use to install any additional tool/package which are supportive to PostgreSQL.

    2. In case, you anyhow kept the Stack Builder option enabled then you would need to select at least one package which you want to install using Stack Builder. (You can select a package by expanding the red arrow marks) at 07:12

  2. Hi if anyone confused … once you get to step of (Stack Builder may be used to download and install
    additional tools, drivers and applications to
    complement your postgreSQL installation.) ——-> please uncheck the box and click finish and then look for the file and lunch the pgadmin4 –> provide password and you are all set
