  1. You don‘t need Paragon Software. I used TransMac Trial and when burning the dmg to the USB Stick the program asked me if I want to enlarge the Volume. I checked the checkbox and it did exactly what you did in Paragon Software 🙂

  2. I have been seeking many days for working solution to re-install old MacBookAir 2011 from scratch. Non of the found solutions has been working exept of this one. Thank you very much for your step-by step guide. I really appreciate your great job you have done.

  3. I followed the instructions for El Capitan but could not reboot with USB on the mac pro 2009 4.1. I do have 2 drives, one empty and one with Snow Leopard. I see only the Snow Leopard when I hold the option key, but not the USB created. Any tips? Thanks

  4. Hi thanks for your help. my problem is I can’t find the files you mentioned in my dmg file. I downloaded ventura from a site other than apple. It’s sort of a installer and i could run it and install it on my mac before, but then I erased my ssd and can’t download the file in apple website right now. Is there anyway to download the right dmg file on windows?

  5. WOW! The 20 minutes of working with this including the downloads and file copies is WAY WORTH THE TIME versus the time I wasted through Apple support and the support pages I sifted through! Thank you very much!

  6. internette dolaşan tek çalışan yöntem. Herkes çalışmayan bir metodu kopyala yapıştır yapmış, bazıları bir de video çekmiş. Tech Byte Tips'e e kadar teşekkür etsem az. bu işi biliyor.

  7. Tech Byte, I tried this. This mac system originally had high sierra. I tried with El Capitan like you did. Tried , but first it said it could not install onto it's system (Flashdrive to Flashdrive.) the mac system did not show up when I tried to install. Then i tried to load image through the utility manager. But then I got this message when trying to boot from flash and then install the software. Says cannot boot the the mac hard drive. If I just now try and boot. I get a folder with a ? mark. Where I used to get a circle slash. Any other ideas?

  8. People need to come across this video sooner than I did. Idk what it is with algorithm making stuff so well made like this instruction video to be more prominent. You're a goddess, thank you.

Edit: I typed this before when I was still going through the first/middle steps (a lot of which were looked over by other youtubers) so I hadnt typed yet whether it worked or not i.e. I hadn't gotten to the point I got furthest in i.e.x2 the lack of visibility of a bootable drive (unbeknownst to my knowledge, very poorly formatted, that is until wathcing this video)

    THANK YOU.

  9. Absolutely huge thank you!
online recovery would error 110 or chunk error while installing
I tried every other method to get a usb boot working until I stumbled on this and it worked first time!

  10. Hi, in my case I don’t want to erase the data as I have pictures etc. I have a MBP early 2011 with OS Sierra v10.12.6. I just want to create a bootable usb that perhaps gets it off the boot-loop problem I’m having. Please advise if your process will not remove my data. Thank you.
