8. The broken "preferred language order" setting in systems -> language & region is the only issue I have since iOS 10.0.1. Basically, there is no way to have a language on top of the list that is different from iPhone language set on the same page, thus making the whole thing completely redundant. I am used to run the phone in English, however I want to use localized apps in native language (such as maps app in Russian or German for example during the travels). Right now, if you move the German/Russian language to the top of "preferred language order" list, iOS tells you that it will change iPhone language (from English). Believe that this is a major broken feature and sad to see it not fixed since ages now, while new things are being added in the updates.

23. if you get beta 5 do you still get most of the features from the other betas if like for example you have 9.3.5 but you get beta 5 instead of the other betas first
