5. Just bought a second hand Iphone se 202 and was concerned about the battery. I enquired about it and was told at one point you could not do a cycle count on an SE2,……Well, it appears that there IS a new battery in my phone because it has done only 10 cycles. 11. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max I just purchased 3 weeks ago and it is at 31 cycles. It’s brand new with the battery health at 100% so I guess it is accurate. And to note it, I am on the latest IOS Version (is it 17.2)? My memory is lame lol.

    That new method with the battery checker via shorcuts was boring and so stressful.

15. Dude every time i search in the note after i copy the data in my iphone 14 pro max the search is laggy and i cant type any thing in the keyboard do you have any idea why !!

17. I just did this with my iPad Pro and it worked! Apparently, this has been through 300 charge cycles and I’m glad. People are saying that this isn’t working after iOS 16.6 but I have iOS 17.0.3 and it’s fine.

18. Tip: Just Share and save the file to analytics and rename its extension to txt. You’ll then be able to search for it easily!

24. I bought my iphone x at 2018 and still using it and wanted check my battery cycle count, it was 1538 cycles. It still works great. Never broke it or anything, just the battery health percentage is 76%.

27. Surprised I’m only at 779 after 3 years on my 12 Pro. Peak battery performance shows 85% but the battery is noticeably worse, not sure if iOS issue or battery degradation or both.

32. For some dates, I have two of each analytics files. One says my cycle count is 4 and the other says it's 1121. Any idea why?

40. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max, I'm at 520 cycles @ 100%.

    I'm on my 3rd electric car, and treat my phone like I treat my EV;

    -Never charge to 100% – I have chargers at home, at work, in my car. I don't worry about being out of charge.
    -I never let it get too low – Just like my EV truck, it's almost always in the 20-85% range. Never fully charged, never (nearly) fully discharged.
    -Heat is the enemy! – I NEVER let it sit in the sun. When I'm at the pool, or it's sitting in my car, a desk, whatever – I'll move it to shade or out of direct sunlight. I remember on my old iPhone X, it sat in the sun for like ~30 min, lost I believe 1-2% battery capacity.

    TLDR: Lithium Ion batteries don't like to be fully charged, or dischaged, and HATE heat. So keep it between 20-90%, and out of the sun. I have full capacity after 500+ cycles.
