The current mobile phone industry has commercialized the highest fast charging power of 120W. If realme 125W fast charging is commercially available, then this will be the commercial model with the highest charging power in the industry.
According to the information previously announced by realme, the realme 125W super fast charge can be charged to 33% of electricity in just 3 minutes, which is very fast.
High charging speed is a good thing, but no one hopes that the mobile phone will become hot when charging at high power.
In order to improve the efficiency of power conversion, realme uses a parallel three charge pump solution with a conversion efficiency of up to 98% in the mobile phone.
It is reported that the 20V 6.25A power output by the charger is converted into 10V 12.5A into the battery through three parallel charge pumps. Each charge pump only needs to convert 20V 2.1A about 42W power, which effectively avoids large Overload and overheating of the charge pump caused by current.
In addition, realme has added 10 temperature sensors to mobile phones that support 125W fast charging. The tabs, BTB power supply motherboard connections, etc. are equipped with temperature sensors to monitor the charging situation in real time, provide far more than the previous temperature monitoring strength, and ensure the safety of charging.
