It kinda feels nice to know that for much less money I have the same lag issues on my mid-range Samsung as the flagship S22 Ultra 😄
I just take off animations and it dsont stutter that much
I see, since I had Galaxy in 2012, situation don’t changed 😂😅😂
Is it normal to have 13 hours of battery life and having almost 3 hours of on-screen usage when fully charged? Its weird because on my A73 I could get more than 2 days of fully charge and almost 9 hours of on-screen time when fully utilize until I reach below 10%. Is it because of a bug in the software or the 22Ultra just drain battery like water when put in standby/idle?
If the lagg is the issu for me make make sens more unresttricted. Or restricted maybe use less battery 🤔
I have the same battery performance 3 hour screen on time let me know if anybody found the solution pls
Forget it broda this is Samsung. Leave it!
The only time my s21 ultra lags is when transitioning from 60hz to 120hz, so basically when you touch the screen after releasing it. Using Galaxy MAXhz and locking the screen to always 120hz makes it smooth.
Mun S21 ultra on nii sulava muutenkin nyt että ei tarvii kikkailla mitään enempää 👍🙂
S22 Ultra is the worst Samsung from years… :/
Animations are still crapy! I have an advice, sell this phone and buy S22 Plus. My S22U was also lagging, i have changed to plus version and now without any tricks everyrhing is soo smooth… I think that the problem is with overheating and throtling. Ram Plus has no impact.
No matter how many tricks you apply, it'll always be laggy and buggy. Only one UI developers can fix that, but they don't really care
One should not be going thru this crab for a $1300 phone. Samsung needs to get their shit together
I cannot find this option in Galaxy A52!😑 Will these options be available only in the Galaxy S series?
Don't give me wrong I have seen IPHONE lag as well in operation system but Samsung got to work on this.
My 22 Ultra is fine after updates 🤷🏾♂️. Maybe run the processor on high. Idk
Is this lag and stutter present in other Android phones like Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo or just Samsung.
I switch to iPhone in 2017 because of the Samsung lag and its very sad to see that its still there.
My A52 4G (One UI 5):
Adaptive Battery off
RAM Plus off
Battery unrestricted:
System UI
Android system
One UI Home
I dont know if its faster with RAM plus off, maybe if put on 8 or 6 GB, I tried with 8,6 and off and I didnt notice some difference, so honestly I have no idea what to do with RAM plus
I've been a Samsung user for years. My first Samsung phone was the Galaxy S8. I've never experienced any sort of lag on that phone, everything ran so smoothly, even 4k video recording, which is the most disappointing thing on Samsung phone these days, so choppy and laggy. Then I upgraded to the S9, which was also fast but One UI 1.0 update made it a bit slower, and also 4GB of RAM couldn't handle my usage, spotify was closing on the background while I listened to music for example. Then I bought the S20 5G, best phone I've ever had, by far. The upgrade from 4GB of RAM to 12GB was phenomenal, apps never closed on the background, cameras were amazing. Even after 2 major updates the phone was holding pretty well. Then my nightmares with Samsung phones started, bought the Flip3 then Flip4 and those phones never felt flagship level in terms of perfomance.
I set up the system ui unrestricted as someone mentioned in comments, and another two options disabled like you, and i could say it feels a little bit smoother
One thing: debloating. There's a lot of s**t in this software. I've removed 100+ apps (Bixby, Knox and other things) and i still manage to do 6 hours of SOT at 20/15% with a S10 lite that's 2 y/o. Still feels smooth and fast.
My Samsung Galaxy A32 4G is far smoother than your flagship test device. One UI 5.0 made it better, I don't even need to do any of those optimizations bro.
You are really a honest man I really appreciate your content bro 💪🏼❤️❤️
My S21 FE is smoother than this phone LoL
Didn't even turned off my 4gb Ram Plus and Adaptive battery
S22 ultra chips were a hit and miss with bad quality control as it was made my Samsung foundry and not TSMC, and the Exynos version performs even worse. VST's phone has always had lag issues since he got it, with a low Geekbench score as well. Whatever you try and change in settings it might improve it slightly but it wont fix the fact that you were unlucky with a bad chip… S23 series with new TSMC chip should finally stop Samsung from screwing over their customers.
👋 😘
@VelianSpeaksTech you need to set the ui launcher NOT to have app drawer.
All apps in home screen.
You'll see a world of difference.
How to use it for my s20 ultra?
Dude i dont know if there is something wrong with your s22 ultra but on my exynos note 20 its just 100 times better than yours. I mean its up there to ios level. I dont know why is your phone lagging with snapdragon while my with 990 is just flawless.
Really?
"Hey! Try this for smoothness… I'll try it, too… … …"
"Hmmm, well that didn't work, I'm switching it all back again.
Thanks for watching, guys, hope you liked the video!
Over and… Bye!"
Most dont actually have an issue with this. Definitely when this so called issue only applies if you use swipe gestures. If you use buttons chances are you don't even know this exists
Why i don't have system ui😅
Changein all thoes options don't make samsung phone smoother its the same looks like it made a worst
You know when i see the new update on miui and color os, they always put some optimization stuff on the changelog, less power, less memory, and faster performance etc. But i never see anything like optimization explanation on samsung changelog, always new features. I guess they're not even trying to make one ui more optimized and less power right?
Just use the 3 button bro for a over $1000 phone ppl should not have to do all of this samsung need to step it up flagship & A series should not be the same in UI performance its not that far its always lag in all samsung phones.
You plays brawl stars. It's my favorite game
Fix the animations samsung or I'm letting this shit.
I don't pay so much money for so bad experience
Wouldn't it be better to set it as unrestricted
I restricted system ui battery usage and I think I have experienced smoother animationd
Umm. Did those lags exist before
