Please note, this can also be caused by a loose HDD. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in!
FAQ’s:
Q: I cant switch between Legacy/CSM and UEFI or switching didn’t help.
A: If you cannot find how to switch the setting in BIOS or if switching did not help, then try to find any Recovery or Repair options is BIOS. If that fails to help as well, reinstall the Operating System.

If the install fails, then we have narrowed it down to most likely a bad HDD. I would then replace it and install to the new one.
Q: What if Windows does not install and keeps erroring out?
A: If Windows won’t install correctly, then we know that the Hard Drive is bad. Replace it as seen here; https://youtu.be/jQDcHTgmV0Y. Then, install Windows onto the new one.
Q: Will changing those settings in BIOS erase any data?
A: Changing those settings in BIOS will not delete any data from your hard drive š

Clock was wrong on new ASUS Vivobook which caused it to be stuck while loading. Updating time in bios fixed it. Thanks for the helpful video. P.S. holding down F2 and pressing the power button down is how to enter bios on those machines.
