  1. I still don't think they can make a better device than the S21 Ultra. I've tried them all. Alwaya come back to the S21U.

The S22 looks the best of them all tho.

  2. Would LOVE to see your comparison of the Vivo X90 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro. Other reviewers are touting it as dethroning the iPhone in video but I don't trust them until I see your review!

  3. I wouldn't use a case on a phone if I didn't have to. I tried without years ago, an S4, dropped it two weeks after I got it, had to get it fixed, never again.
Shame it ruins the design, they are always so nice without case.

  4. Very honest and unbiased review..Samsung is very close to be at per with new iphones..they just need to make that huge step on camera nightshots, battery ,and snapdragon carrier only..ditch exynos….take their time, its okay..i will wait..haha..

  5. Am going crazy if i think i won't get this phone..its perfect for what i want 4 upgrade..from s10e..am just worried a bit about night shots..n the ppi density..coz on s10 series..looks so good.hope its not a downgrade on display..

  6. I've had mine since March coming from a 18 month old £200 Motorola One Hyper and I regret swapping. It has had the main board replaced twice and took 4/6 weeks each time for the repair. I bought it direct from Samsung and their CS is terrible. The battery life is rubbish. The cheap Motorola I could use heavily for 2 days and it would still have some life in it, this will often need charging after just a few hours of use. I don't think I'll be buying another Samsung as they're poorly made, overpriced, have rubbish batteries and their CS service is rubbish too!

  7. The Galaxy S line has been in steep decline in units sold per year, and rumours suggest the S22 was another sub-par year, despite Samsung's marketing strategy of high trade-ins that muddy the water. There are several reasons, but the main one is that the S-line is now average compared to rivals, especially outside the choice-restricted US market.

Being an S22U owner, I attest to the disappointment in this phone. Although Samsung clearly has an ultra-loyal fanbase and YT channel bias, that is not enough as consumers begin to understand what Samsung is doing. Look at the display price-gouging, low PWM dimming (worst of all flagships), only 48Hz min on S22 refresh rate, 1080p is not retina on S22+ and is sub-par. They did not even use their latest ECO display because it was more expensive. To save money, they did not use the latest Qualcomm ultrasonic FP sensor again. These should be a default requisite on expensive phones like these, and it is clear that profit is more important than giving consumers the best. Giving Europe inferior Exynos chips. Having 8GB as the base model when most flagships start at 12GB. Even the 10X zoom does not work in low-light situations. Speakers are a downgrade. The list goes on: poor RAM management, terrible battery life, so-so low-light video.

Hopefully, after another year of below-expected sales and a recession in 2023, they will make an extra effort on the S23U. The S22 line is rare for me when a yearly upgrade is not better than previous phones.

  8. I really don't understand why Samsung thought it was a good idea to reduce the battery capacities of the S22 line up.. 💀 they really screwed up with that.. did they think they could optimise their software to be as energy efficient as IOS?.. yeah hilarious

  9. In my opinion s22 is the best looking android phone. I'm a huge fan of iphone's design but samsung's approach on sharp edges with slightly curved sides took it to the next level. And all the other android phones out there including pixel phones look outdated.

  10. The whole S-line used to have QHD displays sd card slots , better batteries and more across the board you always got top notch . They've only been taking away in everything from us . Especially the plus and below you really get shafted. You're not getting the premium experience no matter which model or size any longer . It's exactly why I stay away from Samsung now . Unless they start giving back I might as well but a pixel or something other at a much better price.
