  1. Bought it cause i wanted to play starfield and only had a ps5. Might sell it for like 800 bucks and get a 4090. Simply because i dont care about price as much. I want good shit and if i can afford it then im gon get it. I SHOULD have got the 4090 from the get go but i dont know anything about computers i just want pretty games 🙂

  2. The market will always dictate the price and whatever people are willing to pay is with their products worth. Unfortunately, if people can’t afford it, then they should look into getting a low graphics card to getting an older model.

  3. i dont normaly watch your show or anything when it come to tech because the way you do thing looks like a comercial, but i did click on this video because i wanted to know what your take on it was………..i know i am late and i hope you guys still read these but you do have leverage. the platform you are on and how many people you can influence is leverage enough. the thing is people that watch your video for tech are the couriouse and or new to these pc hardware and info and want to be better inform. in this video you are talking from a stance of someone who know more already about tech and can afford any of these things so the issue for you is you are not putting yourself in the show of someone who is less inform and can not afford that much. So the 4080 12 gig things is a win for name sake because a new buyer will not be able to tell the different from the 16 vs 12 gig but their advertise vram size. Second thing is the reason some people say you are nvidia shield is because you dont practice what you preach. You make 1 video about the 4080 bad mouthing it but there will be 30 more video of you goofing around and praising the 40's series from nvidia so it kinda contradict everything. Like the first issue you have a huge platform and can influence alot more then you know so to see something go into effect you will also have to practice what you say and do. I feel like we normal people and buyer are losing more and more actual help. what suck is the 40 series are very overprice and you can lead these young mind that dont know no better to a better place where we are not getting bully by big company. if their is someone that need to take charge it got to be you and you need to be seriouse about it on the issue and stop making joke video and funny antic and sell comercial product so we can see you are ready for the leadership role. i watch alot of the tech youtuber the only one i respect is hardware unbox as they normal do legit video about the product with actual work to show for it. Jay2cent is a clown and he ready to jump on any bandwagon. Gamernexus NOW is to focuse on making skit and shot like this is a sitcom show.

  4. I remember when Linus Sebastian said that he would never be bought. He would always be honest with his viewers and would never take money to stage a review. I believed him then, and I still believe him today. I have been following him since his early days at Newegg, back in 2010 or 2011. To be fair, he or anyone at Linus Tech Tips has never given me any reason to believe that they were paid to give a product a good review.

  5. ah ha
people seem to want influencers to influence the pricing and business practices.
    no.
us, consumers do that with our wallets.
influencers/tech youtubers INFORM us about tech, performance, pricing, trends, etc along with their view on it
we can't dump all the responsibilities of spending our dollars wisely to influence business practices onto linustech

  6. In the post crypto mining world there is going to be a massive crash in GPU sales and prices. It's inevitable as the demand for these high end cards at any price has collapsed. Nvidia is just trying to desperately keep these things propped up. Historically I have always bought their top end card but since the 2080ti they have hardly been available and if they were at a ridiculous price. This is not sustainable once you take out the main driver which was crypto mining.

  7. I'd stayed away from buying a new card for years because of inflated prices due to scalpers, but finally gave in a few days ago and got a 4080. My 2070 died boys, it wasn't my choice I'm sorry
