It's good they brought the volume mixer back, but it's kind of hidden. You need a few clicks to get there, so I'm keeping EarTrumpet which is super simple and does the job with just 1 click.

The sandbox is problematic. When you right-click the mouse, the sandbox screen turns black and refreshes, and the operation is canceled 🙁
it wont be perfect until they bring back the "drag to pin" functionality into the taskbar as well as adding jumplist to start menu pinned apps.
my snipping tool does not record with sound am on 23H2 and for those who havent received the massive updates, press windows key and search for services then look for windows update then right click then go for properties then on run mode select automatic, hit apply then okay, restart your pc
I updated my laptop (Win 11 22H2-22621.2361) and all is well.
However, in the desktop PC, the File Explorer has not been updated. Why?
I'm video editor and I've used Clipchamp as a secondary program for easy and fast video cutting, but then I moved to CapCut desktop and it's so much better! It has almost all features from usual professional programs, but still very minimalistic and fast. And also, video export in 2K+ is free.

I installed the 23H2 release preview version and immediately unenrolled so that I can get back on the regular update cycle from the next official public release. Do you know when will Microsoft rollout the public version of 23H2? I am in the US and I use a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 laptop. Appreciate your help

I don't know but yesterday after updating my Windows 11, I didn't get copilot and the new file explorer, but after doing a network reset, I have all the new features today 😂
