When I first saw this unit, I wasn’t sure if it was real or not as I couldn’t believe that you can get a Wireless Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto AND 2 dash cameras and a sleek 10.25″ display for $100! After receiving the unit, I was pleasantly surprised as the unit did everything it claimed to do (mostly, see video) and was even well designed. Connecting your phone to the unit couldn’t be easier as all you have to do is connect to Bluetooth and then confirm you’d like to use CarPlay on your phone and DONE. After that, it automatically connects to your phone, you don’t even have to take it out of the pocket. Similarly, the dascams start recording automatically as soon as it powers on.
This unit can connect to the car in two ways. First is through the AUX cable, which gives you the best audio quality and second is through FM, which is awesome for those older cars. You can literally add Wireless CarPlay to your 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s cars and modernize them for daily use.

I permanently installed this in my Z4 with a custom fit 3D printed fixture. CarPlay works, reliable. Screen quality is less than average. The sound is terrible, which is surprising since it’s probably the easiest part of the design. I mean, it’s mono, that tells all. No EQ to try tweaking it a bit. Distortion comes early. The sound is ironically better through FM than cable but still bad. Rear camera connection never worked, customer service didn’t respond.
Is the plastic base flexible, or are felxible adaptors available? My dash has very little flat area as it is mostly curved. This just looks like a perfect option as I don't want to get a new head unit for the car.
I think you will find the screen is pixel equivalent to 1080p because of the aspect ratio of the screen, being limited in its height.
if it has option fo flip whole screen, will be awesome to attach it to the roof!

Hi there, anyone knows how to keep settings memory (like time and date)? Everytime i turn off the key i lose time and date.
Just got one. Is the FM audio supposed to be of atrocious AM quality, or did I get a bad unit? I have a cheapo audio-only BT-FM transmitter that sounds pretty good, so I know it's not my setup.

Do we have to connect to the phone. Does it has any offline GPS app like google map?
2G ram is a downside too. At the moment best to get one with at least 4GB ram for stability. The Flash is only 8GB, too small too for Android OS, best 32GB for future updates,…. The design on not able to take out and permanent stick is not goodbecause you need to update or troubleshoot at home in case anything not good.
Does the audio play from your car speakers or the device when playing music?
Does it have high quality stereo aux? or is it mono
I'm having hacking issues on my novatek devices. This is allwinner so my question is anyone have hacking problems with this? By hacking I mean wireless control to shut of recording, bypassing my reason for getting the device.

Hi, I bought the same model and unfortunately, the sound quality is horrible, even when plugged in with the aux connector. The other features are great but without proper sound, it's useless.
