  1. 4:13 This statement is not correct based on my past videos, it seems I misremembered the results, AMD has generally been warmer in the past and that continues here this generation too.

  2. Hi! Which one to get? Lenovo Legion Slim 7
    Ryzen 7840HS, 16GB RAM, 1024GB SSD, RTX 4060, 3200×2000, 430 nit, 165 Hz, 1560 USD
    or
    i7-13700H, 32GB RAM, 1024GB SSD, RTX 4060, 3200×2000, 430 nit, 165 Hz, 1630 USD?

I'm planning to use it for automation testing (Appium with emulated and real android devices, Android Studio, Pycharm, IntelliJ IDEA).

  3. If someone can help me would i be able to use windows 10 on these laptops cuz i saw some forum posts about windows 10 having some issues this year on the legion but nothing for sure

  4. I happen to have a Ryzen 7840hs. However, the processor seems to be working on a low power basis or something as I only manage to g t up to 12500 score in cinebebch which is pretty low and I don't really know what to do

  5. Just one point though did we test how it would perform at default as 99% user won't limit cpu power nor they will limit to extent you do. In that scenario who wins?

  6. It's kind of obnoxious how people on the gaming laptops sub just blindly tout AMD because it's still considered the "underdog" when there is no clear advantage going to AMD in the laptop space. 90% of gaming laptops, especially the ones on sale, are Intel currently so Intel also has the price advantage. Go for whatever is cheaper and available. AMD really screwed up by not having their processors ready in time for this year and everybody chose Intel.

  7. is the iGPU in intel still have advantage in Pr or Davinci ? like smoother playback, faster encoding time?
the free version of davinci doesn't have dGPU acceleration?

  8. Nothing of this is relevant since intel based laptos cannot sleep, so why care about performance while they can't figure basic stuff that worked years ago

  9. Yes but the problem with these laptops are, that these are designed for 3 years. So if you wan to use it for more, than 3 years, it is better to buy a better Notebook from 2nd hand.

  10. Can you actually limit the power of ryzen in lenovo vantage? I tried every settings trying to lower the temperature, but it doesn't work. I've seen a discussion about 7840HS on reddit and people say that it is always locked on max power. Undervolting is also not possible on 7840HS

  11. I need help!
I need a laptop for virtualization (VBox, VMWare). I don't play games at all.
Which Slim 7 should you choose? On Intel or AMD?
I want my computer to run quietly.

  12. 1:47 & 2:19 Lmao just look at those not-so-efficient E-cores ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ still so power hungry yet not so much of a use as ever while on battery anyway ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

3:00 and still so dependent on how much power are being put into ๐Ÿ˜‚

And yet those intel bootlickers still either ignore or deny this fact ever since Ryzen 4000 came out. ๐Ÿ˜‚
