How to set up the T Mobile 5G Internet gateway. It is easy but if you try to change the password and ID you may have a problem The first day it worked great then on the second day it totally sucked and did not reach around the house I only get 3 bars and would say that it is not a fully operational system will not work with extenders only a router plugged into an Ethernet cable so buyer beware they promise the moon and do not deliver at least not in Delray Beach Florida.

My speed absolutely sux 30 down 1.4 upload, now it's not even showing up on anything so I can't connect with the app , says it's not there .

Ours didn't work. Called technical support and told me to take sim card out ! Then it fell in without the tray now it's stuck. They are sending me a new one . This also happened to my neighbor . Why is tech support saying to take sim card out. Mind you we both had the older units before The 5g upgrade.
this is just like clearwire wirless use to be years ago back in 2013 it was the best internet service around before they went out of business or i think sprint bought them out and it went to crap there is a whole story about clearwire wireless on youtube just have to look for it. but its the same as t-mobile wireless setup i wonder if they might have bought sprint out its funny how its the same setup. but im waiting on my t-mobile wireless modem also thats why im looking up videos on the setup.
this device does not work with ,,,, chrome books not fire 7 tablets nor windows lenovo lap top …. got one today taking it back in the morning …. did I ask if it worked with fire tablet , chrome book they answered yes ….. it does not yes I phoned customer service at t mobile and amazon …. does not work …. so be careful
I love the gateway but now I can't use my Canon pixma Mx922 . Any ideas how to get my printer working with the Gateway?
Is anyone else having the issue of the apps just not working? I've tried on four separate devices and I am unable to get past the loading screen.
I got my T-mobile gateway about 2 months ago and it still isn't working.
I called tech support and all I get is

If I knew this is what I would have to deal with to get $50. Internet service I would of NEVER EVER done it. I have tried almost every option ,method to get my brand new Gateway Laptop to pick-up and notice my " GATEWAY " Router from T-Mobile. I'm giving it a few more attempts and it will be going back to tmobile for a REFUND. IF…….they give me a hard time, I WILL drop T-mobile service like a bad habit.
Someone here can show me how to use this modem without energy power switch included (that white ) ? Just the WiFi connection it's working when is connected to 110V wall

Recommend seprate router and using pc to turn wifi off and setting second modem as the wifi provider I can only get to settings trough pc not both pc/android strange what you sett it up with is what you get. reson I use a smart proxy.
