For those who are having trouble with notifications or are waiting for the A.I algorithm, try going to Settings> Apps and services> Launch manager then uncheck any apps you wish to receive notifications on then check Run in background in Manage manually (you can check the other two options if you want). This is especially useful for 3rd party alarm applications for alarms to work properly, from my experience.
