When I erased my apple ID it didn't say "removing" it said "copying" and after erasing all content and data, it says "erase pending" in icloud on my PC. My phone is still there but pending erase and not sure what to do.

I don’t recommend this method. A third party software will recover all data after factory reset. It’s better to use an anti recovery software instead of this method.
Does erasing the phone also remove all the apps? I want to sell my phone with the old twitter app
