apple changed my airpods max 3 times during the year warranty because they suddenly turned off and never worked again. after that year when they failed they didnt wanted to change it and wanted to charge me 900 usd for a repair

The only reason I did’t bought the Max’s was because of the ugly unprotective “case”. Really hoping Apple now gives us a decent one
The only improvement I’m asking for is for Apple to reduce the treble. It can be really heavy on the treble, especially for rock music which is 90% of what I listen to.
You should probably check a city other than Seattle… They have probably all been shoplifting in Seattle.
From a sound quality perspective, APM sound decent at best but definitely not a $550 device… I'm not into the fashion stuff but people are just too stupid or rich (maybe both) to pay for a crappy product that looks ridiculous on their favorite artist's head, of course they accepted to look like clowns because they're making ton of money promoting a brand

I think a LOT of people held off because of that lack of loss-less audio on the 1st version. It was like "what's the point?". The high price didn't help.
It’s honestly really hard for me to pay even $500 for a worst pair of headphones. You can get Sony XM4’s for almost half the price, depending on sales, and are still considered better than the newer xm5’s.
They should be somewhat water proof
