I don't understand why manufacturers opt for glass back on their premium phones when 90+% of people will immediately put it in a plastic case. What's the point of it? Ah I get it, it's only for you to touch in the store and be like "Wow, it's so beautiful", then you buy it, put a case on it and forget that it had a glass back
Drop tests are pointless 😂 it's always a lottery if it breaks or not on thi first attempt. Also the vast majority of people use protectiv cases and glass.

Well is a drop test, I hit accidentally my s22 with the door knob with pretty decent force and it did nothing to the screen, I bet i could hammer a nail with the screen and nothing would happen. Is pretty durable
Ive dropped my S22+ so many times on concrete and rocks without a case and it hasnt cracked at all yet

I just removed the back cover of my s22, but after watching this video I realised that this is not an Iphone

Was hoping to buy this phone and then saw it had a glass back. 🥲 I drop my phone like 10 times a day so its a no. How come cheap smartphones are so much more durable that these high end flagships
Companies want you to pay more…so they can make less durable phones in future. I miss my htc M8.
