I have a very bad experience with Sumsung Fold 4 and very bad experience with Sumsung's customer after sale services , it LCD not functioning just after few months ( not able to connect to wifi , not able to connect hot spot, the front external screen not responding, not able to detect the Sims card and a lot of Sumsung phone users facing the same issues . The customer service team lost my phone data and yet made a policy to erase all our phone data before send in for any services , I worry same problem with come back again and again

9. I could 👀 🍎 loyalists i🐑 would complain about Samsung huge advancement on smart screen phone. One thing I give 👏🏻 2 Steve Jobs creating his 🍎📱. Which changed current world wide daily life style but that's about it. I always 🦻 i🐑 complains when Samsung developed new functionality of having S pen and wireless charger , water proof and of course major Z foldable phone 4 CEO of companies executives use.
   Samsung isn't stopping on development of Z fold & flip.
   In secret lab somewhere in South Korea at Samsung office they R in developing rollable screen phone. Which LG though of coming out but canceled the public project. Samsung other hand it still on creating the rollable phone.
   I'm curious when or will Cupertino 🍎 nerds R thinking or preparing in future of Samsung current phones or future production phone?

15. I just wish they still had an SD slot. I recently discovered I can load all my audio books quickly & easily to a MicroSD from my computer & transfer to my phone. Since 50% of my phone usage is as an audio player, that process was revolutionary. I would love to get this phone (and maybe will later in the year) but not looking forward to going back to the tedious back and forth of audio folder transfers.
    I would object to the lack of headphone jack, but finally went over to the dark side & got bluetooth earbuds lol.

I would love to know how trading app like webull or robin looks on this as I trade primarily from my phone and thinking about upgrading..Don't like tablet mode on s7 plus and was wondering if it looks better as far as layout goes. Maybe a Youtube short..Ive looked everywhere and no one has done a video on this.

17. The crease is needed to make it waterproof! Ha! I could live with the crease for the size tradeoff, but I can't believe they make it sound like a price you pay for waterproofing the phone! More like they just can't make a folding screen without a visible crease.

18. At work the othet day ( the day after I got my Flip 4) I had my Flip on the table in the breakroom. A lady who was sitting in front of me noticed my Flip 4. She pulls out her Fold 3. Now I have only seen Folds twice since Fold/Flips actually came out.
    I looked into the Fold more often than the Flip. But I could not justify to myself the purpose or use for a Fold. I don't raise livestock no more. Videos, pictures, ect.
    But, I grew tired of a big phone. I left the Note 10+. I wanted something new. So now I have the Flip 4. 😊

20. Dont buy Fold Z 4. Terrible device. Prone to screen issues. Samsung will not stand behind the device. So disappointed.

32. They break very easily…be ready to pay that $200 plus deductible. Hear about the folds and flips often…btw work in phone claims buyer beware .

37. I am surprised the dedication Samsung is putting on this fold and flip models. At first with the gen 1 I though it was a cool proof of concept finally making use of those bendable displays we seen a decade ago at CES but we probably wont see another one. Yet here we are anticipating the Fold 5 soon. I am not sure if Samsung is doing this to bring attention to themselves or if they truely see a future in folding devices.

    For now I think the value with these is that no one wants to spend $1000+ on a phone and drop an additional $1000 for a tablet with a flagship grade SOC that is actually capable of gaming/multitasking with a good display.

38. 😊my fold should still be under warranty! And I bought a "USBC hub" and the phone is not recognizing the USBC hub who do I have to contact,!!!!

I recently bought this device after I couldn't bought the new S23 Ultra.This device really awesome after I do a comparison with S23 Ultra,having good camera and battery survivability.,even the front camera doesn't look good but still can take selfie pics by using rear camera..playing games watching videos and movies were awesome,happy to use Galaxy Z Fold 4

    Phone is best just it does not unfold anymore
