Update: after 2 weeks of use I noticed an issue with the back cameras stabilization! Going to return it and get another.

The second iPhone 11 256gb I bought had a generic screen and battery.
The first wouldn’t even set up.
Now sold a pup twice so my advice is steer clear of Amazon Renewed.
Just bought an Amazon renewed.
“Professionally cleaned” it says. Not.
All the mic and speaker grills are gunked up along with the case screw heads, not to mention the seams around the function buttons.
No go. Can’t believe anything else would be good if they can’t even clean it.

It is backed by a 90-day return policy. I don't think they replace any parts just go over the apple wouldn't allow that. with no Apple products.? I just picked up a 13 pro max and ran the test it was all good. also, my was a renewed noe but I paid a little more and got a one-year return policy.

Some returns are new and unused. They are not necessarily representative of how well refurbishing is done

My current phone only has 20% of the screen visible and I’m low on cash, can barely afford an iPhone 11 refurbished so was thinking of getting it.
You can’t sell a used phone for the same price as a new one. Sorry for all you resellers who have been doing this. 😂

now i know where my dad bought my first phone from. the box looked like it had been shot but the phone was pretty good.
This is why I don’t trust amazon ever since you keep telling us when it lower prices phones we will get fakes plus you don’t know if they swap the parts this is why I bought directly from apple because we don’t know whats in the inside of the phone or who might track us

I got a really s*** blue iPhone 12 amazon renewed. Scratches, and the screen was weirdly colored and had streaks of blueish black when in darkness, and the battery was like at 80% health.
Never buy renewed iphones, apple is SUPER anti right to repair.
Replacing parts for new ones breaks features for no reason other than apple being a terrible company.
Buying a android phone used its a great experience, I bought a pixel 5 and it was a great experience.
