3. Gpu prices have dropped alot over the last year so nows the time to buy a new card if you skipped the 30 series cards …. Apart from that no big leap whatsoever.

4. In the last of us those 1 percent lows are terrible on 3070. I guess the 12GB VRAM on the 4070 fixed that

10. these gpus cost almost as much as a console and for what? atleast consoles have a consistent 60fps on most games

11. I think it is fake i have a rly similar pc with a 3070 in it and in hogwarts legacy full graphics i had more then 30 fps… arround 55

Man i miss those times where the xx60 series outperformed (x-1)x80 series i mean 1060 was technically more powerful than a 980 but i ghess we wont be seeing that kind of upgrade soon in upcoming years the pascal was literally a generational shift from maxwell bht same doesn't hold true for the upcoming series. Atleast 3070 was at par with 2080ti but the performance of rtx 40 series is horrible i mean i would rather overclock my 3070 and get a 4070 like performance but power draw would increase but doesn't matter.

16. another useless GPU test without DLSS + FG to see the real difference between those Cards.
    Its not the Hardware thats make the 4070 better, its the Software.

18. Running 50-70 less watts and cooler while also increasing fps 20-30 frames. Seems like a win.

19. the 4070 might not be that much of a boost now, but 8gb is holding back the 3070 already. i cant turn up texture settings in resident evil 4 and howgwarts is struggling with my 3070, and that is 100% because of vram, if nvidia released the 3070 with 12gigs of vram there would be no point in upgrading.

22. Thinking about trading my 3070 for a 4070, extra vram, 30% raw power, dlss 3. Enough for an upgrade.

23. Decent uplift unlike AMD from 6800 XT to 7800 XT. Still both launches were a fail, just Nvidia did slightly better.

25. this test is useless. the 4000 have dlss 3, the 3000 have dlss2 which as you know gives very different performance. why put cyberpunk with everything at full blast and raytracing at max with dlss? you know from this moment that the result is distorted because once the dlss3 is activated, the 4000 literally explodes the 3000, and without dlss it's the same thing the 4000 is more powerful than the 3000

26. getting a 4070 today, my buddy said he would buy my 3070 so it's gonna end up being about 350 for me for the 4070 and if it makes VR in flight simulator finally playable then can't wait. that forza horizon fps uplift is so nice. I wouldn't have bought a 4070 but since someone is willing to buy my 3070 then yeah that makes it worth it

29. Got a 4070 new for a significant discount. Temps are much lower then my 3070 and i get quite a bump in performance because of the 3070 lacking 8gb of vram. Im happy with it

30. Amd gpus look better an better everyday 😮 nvidia knows that by making these cards with fukk all ram just makes ppl need to keep buying ay every release, games are asking for well over 8gigs now and amd is the better long term option.
