What software of fps meter u used?
Hey, did you know that you can get more power with GOS? I wonder if boosting is different than turning GOS entirely.
For GOS you can download "Game Plugins" more specifically the "Booster"
Inside it, choose Custom settings.
Then choose (Focus on performance) and slide the (fps slider) to Max.
