How to Setup Your Xbox One/360 Controller With Project 64 Emulator

1. To those of you who also had the issue of Project 64 crashing upon clicking the "Save" button, all you have to do to fix the issue is run Project 64 as an administrator, after that it worked perfectly for me. Thank you for the tutorial.

4. The Nrage input file doesn't come up in the list after copying the file into the input folder on project 64.. it comes up with the standard one, i removed that and it still didnt recognise the new one you just told me to download.. confused..

5. Thank you very much! This genuinely did help a lot. Funny thing is that I was using it for ocarina of time, gonna play it for the first time and IM HYPED.

6. So.. I installed the missing MSVCP100 file in windows system 32.. NOW i have a new message! C:Windows/System32MSVCP100.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error!! Can anyone help me with this annoying rubbish please.. its wearing thin.. I am going to get another Emulator as its proving to be shite for me!!

7. I stopped getting the xinput_3.dll is missing from your system now.. NOW I HAVE A NEW MESSAGE!! it says " program cant start because MSVCP100.dll is missing you must reinstall" I wasn't getting any of these messages before and Project 64 was working (just not on a pad) SOOOO Why is it working everyone else and not for me? (I am running it in administrator mode!) ? please can someone help.. frustrating is not the word!

8. Now it comes up with another error after installing the xinput_3.dll file in the system and it wont let me remove the old xinput file! Project 64 hates me! any suggestions anyone?

9. Ive had sooo many issues with Project 64.. Does anyone know what Emulator Kaze Emanuar uses.. cause he doesn't have any issues ;o) and is running a gamecube pad on his emulator!

10. I have uninstalled project 64 and re-installed it twice and removed all old files.. it wont accept the new .dll? do you have any idea why?

11. It now says.. "The program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" I am going to try and find that file!!

12. Project 64 wouldnt let me use the new .dll file even though I copied it to the input file!! annoying!!

18. Thank you so much, I couldn’t play Conker’s bad fur day because I’d have to go in circles but the original input settings messed with my thumbstick and messed up my movement in game.
