1. It's times like these that make me happy that I can't play video games.
   Lucky me, I tend to puke profusely due to motion sickness when I play… so I don't.
   I'm buying a Carribean island with the savings.
   I'm hoping to get a bigger island next year with my "not doing AI" windfall. Oops, doorbell! Charlise has arrived.

2. Isn't it better to have a SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT video card as opposed to onboard video (CPU & motherboard)?

   Does AMD use fewer chicksums than Intel resulting in more execution errors?

3. I really dont understand why amd or nvidia makes a card that not totally worth to upgrade or better than the last one. They even make things worst. Are the designers stupid? making stupid gpu, thinking that stupid people buy it?

4. The 8700g looks to be a 7840hs with a little more L3. This, at 75W will be amazing for entry 1440p. HOWEVER, if you want this for ITX, it’s still cheaper to go with minisforum 770i / 7850hs because the itx am5 boards are still too pricey.

Wie kann man so ein Käse erzählen das AMD die Leute verwirrt mit den 8000er Ryzen…..genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall….7000er sind CPUs und 8000er sind APUs das ist ein riesen Unterschied und der muss in einer anderen "Nummer" deutlich dargestellt werden….würde das AMD nicht so machen, wäre es Leute verarschen.

7. I hate AMD’s naming too, but they have openly said the first digit represents the year released, not the generation. We can’t keep acting shocked when they do what they say they will do, we should instead call them out for all the times they don’t use that year digit correctly…which they do that too.

8. I don’t get it isn’t a gpu better for ai than an ai coprocessor would I need a ai coprocessor if I have a gpu?

9. Thanks Paul preach it. I too hate it when there is a new gen and it's not actually new. Sadly retailers and integrators demand it be done as they need something new to sell and we cabt get something actually new every 18 months or less like we once did.

10. The performance upgrade of the 5600gt and 5500gt is probably due to them putting Vega 8 on the chips instead of the Vega 7 that the 5600g came with.

14. I have an RX 5600 xt and that is my upgrade. Sad to hear it's identical with rx 7600. You are right, lets wait till it's out. If it is bad avoid it. 😂

15. I'm deciding between a RX 6800 XT and the 7600 XT
    a Used 6800XT goes for around the same as the 7600XT will go for New in my area
    So i'm just hoping It's as good as they say, as buying something Brand new sounds pretty cool

16. Does the new 8000 series CPUs have a better memory controller with respect to the 7000 series?

18. I upgraded to a Ryzen 9 7950X, was hoping for an upgrade on the CPU, but again not this year, maybe next, thank you paul for the review, have a 4070 strapped to the 7950X

19. Gotta be honest, the cpus and gpu arent really interesting… the only cpu worth considering is the 8700g, but the platform is too expensive

21. I don't understand the logic of waiting 1-2 years for 7700 and 7600 xt GPUs. Midrange should be first. Flagship (the minority), last. With this model it's impossible to not be too little too late.

23. I don't understand why they're selling new Vega parts at this point, they've cut support to the bone in terms of driver updates. I guess they must have a slew of silicon to sell through to clean up leftover stockpiles

24. i personally use a gtx 1050 ti, it obviously cant be considered good by todays standards so im seriously considering getting one of the 7600 xts

25. It is a new series of CPUs. Do the 7000-series have NCUs? No. Ok then.

26. thats why I am waiting NDA to be lifted to decide on upgrading my rx 6650 XT to decide of what to upgrade to. Been looking at rx 7800 XT, mainsystem is rzyen 5 5600X with 32GB of ram. yea, there will be a slight bottleneck but not much from what I have researched.

    AMD needs to fire their entire marketing team, terrible naming and product marketing intended to obfuscate and confuse rather than inform and improve.

28. As someone who’s still on Ryzen 2000, seeing more upgrade choices on AM4 is a win
