  4. all American kids want is a powerful GPU and a lot of FPS but won't tweak their PC and get a high Hz. monitor and call it a day! and they won't be any better with a 1000FPS! it's all in the latency and skills aka reflexes of the player! 140-165FPS with the same monitor Refresh is smoother than the 30FPS movies you watch on netflix!
