This New Intel CPU Just Changed The Game! – Watch Out AMD

Intel is gearing up to release non-K variants of their 13th generation desktop processors. One CPU in particular that I believe will become the go-to budget champ is the i5-13400 and i5-13400F. This CPU is essentially a rebranded with i5-12600K (maybe more cache?). You’ll be getting 6P cores and 4E cores providing consumers with a very capable 16 thread CPU which will be providing gaming performance comparable to some of the best and more expensive CPUs and offering pretty good multi-core performance. Along with that having the ability to pair it with a $120 motherboard and cost effective DDR4 rather than pricey DDR5 will make this chip a no brainer for people on a budget. I’m excited to see it hit store shelves.

  1. besides "all" youtube talking about top cpu´s couldn´t agree more budget cpus are the most expected even if you have money for something more the way economy is going and if it´s your first PC build in 5 or 6 years you can´t go wrong

  2. I grabbed a 7700X with 32GB 6000mhz ram at my local microcenter they had a promotion for $350 put a new primary build together with a 4090.

If the 3D chips are really good or zen 5 whatever I'll exchange it if I feel I need to.

  3. I wonder who would buy 13400 or 13500. It is not good time to enter already dead platform. Also when AM5 boards cost the same price as LGA 1700 motherboards. Maybe for someone with 12100?

  4. Hello,

May I please know that i5 12400f with 3060ti, does these specs will record my gameplays in 1440@ 60 fps quality or not using shadowplay with 1080p 144hz monitor???

  5. Intel is an enigma. Here's a company that is almost like a nation or culture unto itself, with all of the politics, factions and in groups. I'm not sure what amazes me more: their technology, their potential, or their ability to actually ship a product.

  6. 4:25 Not having integrated graphics at all can be a little concerning, especially when discreet gpus are overpriced and not in good supply. My new rig (AM4) does not have integrated graphics on the cpu (5700X), and the mobo (Aorus Master X570s) doesn't support it anyway, but thankfully I still have my previous gpu (1660 super) in case something goes wrong with my new gpu (6800) which has not arrived yet.

  7. I kinda feel like if its just a rebranded 12600k. Over locking a 12400f can give you 30% more performance easily. So the 13400f just sounds like a worse 12400f imo.

  8. although hbu doesnt really test shit evenly, the perfect case use for zen 4 would be like 3600mhz-4000mhz with tight clocks, and intel avobe 4000mhz with tight clocks at gear, my intel 12600kf turbofucked my 5600x i replaced it with with the same 3600mhz cl14 ram but overclock to 4000mhz cl17 on intel at gear 1, also fabric is the biggest bottleneck for amd cpus cuz of the chiplet design

  9. AMD needs to release cheaper Motherboards. We need those $199 X670s. Like it was for the X470 and X570.
And better DDR5 Prices need to come. I've seen good deals on entry level DDR5 (Sub 6000 MTz) but, The good stuff needs to come down before AMD can really sell alot of AM5 Stuff. There are too many good deals right now to overspend on stuff you really don't need.

  10. ATM AMD margins are way better than Intel. They (AMD) can simply cut a price of some CPUs still make some decent profit and call it a day.
