  1. Please is there anyone how know about PC parts please answer my question

I want to built RX 4070 with Ryzen 7 5800x and i have 1080p monitor.and when i test it in PC build Bottleneck calculator give me 31% Bottleneck

when i try test RX 7700xt it gave me 21.4% Bottelneck .

My qeustion is is that bottelneck calculator real can i play with this configuration in 1080p monitor cause i do not want to change it.

  2. These benchmarks are not always the best indication of the kind of performance that can be achieved if some graphics settings are changed. I have a rx 6700, when I lower lighting/shadow settings a bit the framerate performance skyrockets, with minimal impact on visual quality. Just my 2 cents. Certainly this test gives a good starting point for what to expect when shopping around. Thanks for doing the work!
