I hope i can trick people into giving me vast amounts of currency for land plots in perfect locations, that they will never receive, like in the early days.
AA2 is going to be promising. I played both AA1 and Black desert online for a while and I've always wished that they would create a game with AA1's trading system (PVE Content and Black Desert's PVP combat system. Looks like this is going to be it. I am going to try it out once its out.

i hope that it is buy to play and then subscription. the company gets a steady flow of money, players get fast fixes to what breaks and even playing field based on time in game, not size of wallet.
I just hope the pirate gameplay is good because for some reason no big game studios will bother to produce a good guild-based pirate game. sadly, aa1 is still the best pirate game I've played and that's just sad tbh.

Was much to love about archeage, the classes, the housing, vehicles/ships, gliding, mounts, pve and pvp, but dev decisions and toxic community which had taken control of game made it just a sad disgusting experience at the end…
money grabbing again. Archeage / Unchained was all great but the changes they been doing was all about the money. its all good if its for cosmetics but for power-ups to get geared has always been a problem. especially botting, exploitation, n people using macros to have an upper hand in the game has always been a problem n destroys the game fun also. more toxic n bullying in the game where people that is known for cheating doesnt get the ban hammer at all. it will be another disappointment. more fresh start servers for people to catch-up rather making the game fun with holidays events.

ive been playing AA1 since 2014 and i love the game, shame the playerbase has vastly declined due to kakao banning and scamming ppl i doubt ill play AA2

Is there any word of them possibly making an Archeage 2 WORLD version of this game. Taking into the crypto (Web3) Space. Currently for those that don't know ArcheAge has ArcheWORLD, a crypto version of the original.
Western audiences do not like open pvp.
It won't endure, so don't bother trying. It just won't hit.
Crowfall is the perfect example of this.
