  1. Guys can anyone help me with this issue: I was able to run The Sims 3 just as the video tutorial suggests but after running my new saved game it kicks me out after a few minutes of gameplay. Does it have something to do with the fact I've set the graphic settings to the highest lvl and haven't set the FPS limit to 60 for example?

  6. I havent played 4. I bought another copy of 3 for really cheap (I used to play it in college). It worked fine, but then I tried to put the World Adventures expansion, and it wont install

  7. You saving lives with this video 😂 thank you so much. You also have a great point. I always wondered why sims 3 stopped releasing new content and updating there game. The reason why I got back on sims 3 was because it gave better gameplay than sims 4. It’s ridiculous what they’re doing to the game currently and I hope they change there ways soon.

BRRROOO YOU ARE MY LOVE, MY SAVIORRRRR MY GOODNESS.. i've emailed EA about this issue so many times and ive tried to request a refund, and of course i couldn't get one, i was so mad i spent all this money on expansions for sims 3 and i wasn't even able to play the game, thank you SO MUCH for this, i've tried so many things

  9. I'm mad they still charge 20 dollars for TS3 base game, but still, they totally abandoned it. I want to play it again soooo bad, I used to when it came out but lost it after moving a few times. I can't justify buying it + expansions when it's so old and can stop working any day.

  11. Dude your the KING, I tried getting my money back from EA after it wasnt working or launching the game. Luckily, they didnt refund me because theyre greedy pig then I found this video, now my game is running smooth. TIP* turn off HDR mode on display settings if screen is to bright on The sims 3

  18. Have you tried Lazy Duchess' launcher and smooth patch for TS3? Also if you want to play TS2 you'll need Lazy Duchess' launcher for TS2 and the Graphic Rules Maker. Glad to see you enjoy older sims again 😁💚

  26. Got my pc a almost a year ago and bought sims 3 on EA just to find out I can’t even play it 😂☹️everyday I play with the settings trying to get it to work (ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR)

    Considering Sims 3 and Sims Medieval have the same launcher, would this work around work for Medieval too? I really want to play it again, but no PC I have, can run it.

  34. Thank you so much for this video. Back in the day, I had to stop playing the Sims 3 because it just wouldn't work very well after I bought the Island pack. Every so often I would try again, and the lag was just horrible. Anyway, now the Sims 4 is a POS buggy nightmare, I felt the need to go back to 3. I actually installed it a few days before you uploaded this video, and couldn't get it to work. When I saw your video, I knew I had to try again, and it now loads! It actually runs amazingly well, and besides the old graphics, it's a joy to play. It reminded me that the the gameplay on 3 just feels so much more full and satisfying. I wish EA would rerelease 3 with updated graphics. I'm going to try to load that Island pack, and see if it will run on my modern machine!

  35. Just FYI i needed to do the set affinity to get it to load up the window to install all my sims 3 store content including extra worlds like Hidden Springs

  41. Wow the way I just now decided I wanted to play Sims 3 and discovered it doesnt work on Windows 11 and looked this up and you posted this YESTERDAY. Thank you for your service.

I keep playing the Sims3, I love the open world and the adventures but I know there's some people who can just open it so I shared your video, maybe I'll try it myself to see if it makes a difference but I hope that will help some people to play the Sims3 'cause it's a good game.
