Plus Afterburner just updated to unlock voltage!!!💯💯💯
Thanks, this video was very helpful.
Mess around with the minimum frequency
welcome back , nice to see you
Anything lower than 1050mV will be fine in stress tests and benchmarks like 3DMARK and Heaven and will get you better scores the lower you go, but will crash or cause driver timeouts when playing actual games. For example I was able to go as low as 960mV in Heaven and 3DMARK but couldn't even open Rainbow Six Siege without there being driver timeouts. The lowest I could go without crashes in games is 1070mV. Always test actual games not just synthetic loads.
You just got a subscriber for life my guy! Love your energy!
Ray tracing is overrated
Nice Nardwuar reference 🙂
7800xt 60-70wt in idle?!

Came to your channel from the other guys overclocking guide lol. Great guide, managed to squeeze some more perf. out of my card.
so glad your back! i just got the asus tuf 7800xt
Followed the guide… Almost blew up my Asus TUF RX 7800 XT lol… Never again, I'll just use the default and easy one click options
Wa,17 fps in raytraycing. No way.
On the latest AMD drivers 24.2.1.
I can now easily reach 2.8GHZ even with 1100mv, I think they let some restrictions back to 7800XT. Although I saw significant more power consumption and now my hotspot temps reach 96°C were previously with topping at 2.7GHz I'm hovering around 85°C max for the hotspot. Don't think it's really worth but I wanted to let you know that you can reach this easier on the new AMD GPU drivers
Glad to see you back!
My RX 7800 XT Hellhound is very bad overclocker and already crashes at 1050 mV, I currently have it set at 1075 mV.
for what its worth im glad to see you back.
Changing from a 1060 now to a 7800.
