Didn't work for shit
It works. It juste restore a friend iphone 8.
Tried different videos on how to actually enter the restore mode and this was the only one which worked for me. Just shutdown the iPhone and immediately press both volume down and power buttons simultaneously and keep pressing no matter what until getting the computer/cable screen.
